How can you help?

As individuals: 

○  Read, think, and talk about PTA funding equity.

○  Contact us to join the CANSSPA Slack and/or to attend one of our meetings. During the 2025-26 school year, we will meet on the 1st Monday of each month from 7 - 8 PM. Our first meeting will be in-person on Monday, October 6th at 7 PM.  Contact us for the location.

○  Donate to our equitable distribution fund.

As a PTA: 

○  Contact us to join CANSSPA as an official member school.

○  Allocate a fixed amount or percentage of your budget to fund-shifting and/or think about what kinds of resources

your school needs or can offer.

○  Join in our advocacy efforts to work towards equity.

○  Share fundraising and school budget data to help us build a clear, complete, and up-to date picture of finances

across the district.
